There's a CGCIS (Coast Guard Investigative Service) and it's a lot like NCIS. Who knew? Diane Neal played Special Agent Abigail Borin, the female counterpart to Gibbs. She uses her gut, headslaps, and talks in tandem with Gibbs. What made her character work she well was that she had a lot of Gibbs traits, but she had a softer side that Gibbs doesn't show very often.
Navy Lieutenant Michael Jensen is found dead, and it appears to be related to pirate treasure. A doctor is somehow involved as well. The twist is that Jensen's body isn't Jensen. It's the doctors. The wife, as it turns out, was helping Jensen scam the doctor out of money. Jensen was also planning on ditching the doctor's wife for a beauty queen. Good thing all of them got locked up.
The humor was top notch with tons of great moments between the characters. Ziva and Tony end of watching a movie together at the end of the episode. The episode wasn't heavy on them, but that scene was long and Ziva gave looking Tony a deep look.
