I gave the show another shot and nothing changed. I didn't laugh or find Jorge's dick problem amusing. The show is like 30 minutes of direction-less, quirky scenes that aren't funny, compelling, or have a logical progression.

Review - Gravity Season 1 Episode 2 Namaste MF
Ugh, if this show doesn't pick up in the next episode, I'm out. I will still contend that Gravity has lots of potential. The concept and actors would seem to lend themselves to a compelling show at least, and there were some flashes of that in the pilot, which is why I initially decided to watch the show.
The comedy is still a complete failure and if the writers can't even get a single laugh from me in the first two episodes, I doubt they'll ever be able to do more than slightly charming scenes that don't quite make sense of fit in.
The episode title, "Namaste MF," comes from Detective Miller after he shows his gun to some guy in the locker room. I don't care about his investigation or the detective, but apparently the writers think he's important. The show is supposed to be about suicidal people, so why is a detective trying to nab a criminal important?
Score: 6.0/10

Review - Gravity Season 1 Episode 1 Suicide Dummies
While watching Gravity, I kept wondering--"What is this?" The drama parts of the show actually work quite well and I wanted to keep watching. The comedy parts, or what assumed to be attempts at humor, weren't amusing the slightest bit. With an unclear focus, Gravity doesn't come together fully.
There are elements which could make the show workable in the future. The ensemble cast is decent, especially with Krysten Ritter as the lead. The characters are, for the most part, interesting enough and expandable enough to connect to, although the whole suicide concept is dry and needs some wringing out.
Since it's airing after Party Down, which by the way is much, much funnier, I'll probably watch a few more episodes to see how everything pans out.
Score: 7.8/10
