NBC was second with Hope for Haiti Now Benefit (1.4) and Dateline (1.4).

CBS was third with Hope for Haiti Now Benefit (1.0 and a repeat of Medium (1.0).

Fox was last wih Hope for Haiti Now Benefit (0.6).
