House, Wilson, and Cuddy at a conference overshadowed the medical story which wasn't terrible. House finally came clean to Cuddy and we learned a little of what happened between them in college. Needless to say it will be a long while before they get together, but House is making the effort and Cuddy acknowledges that. Now all House has to do is prove himself reliable -- something he's never done before.
The return of Michael Weston as the private investigator Lucas was turned upside down once we learned he was Cuddy's boyfriend. I like Lucas, but having him tag along with Cuddy doesn't work. I would rather him and House do something instead of Lucas being relegated to being Cuddy's babysitter and then leaving the show under awkward circumstances.
House saving Wilson from admitting he committed euthanasia was really nice though I can't wrap my head around Wilson not only doing what he did, but also preparing a speech that would ruin his career.
The old team is still together, but nothing really happened other than Chase finally fessing up about killing Dibala. Clearly Cameron has problems with what he did, and from certain spoilers that were revealed over a month ago, we know where it's going to end.
