There's nothing about "The Bus Pants Utilization" that stands out. Leonard has this good idea, everyone bands together on the project, but Sheldon's ego eventually rears his head and he's fired. You can predict each step and by the end of the episode, nothing really happens--Sheldon is once again on his own and working with Penny.
From a comedy standpoint, I didn't laugh once. The Sheldon antics was amusing as always, but that's Jim Parsons, not the writing.
