"Slow Down Your Neighbors" is a mixed bag for me. The biking lesson was hilarious and the creepy homeless guy plot was out of the norm, starting with Cam and Mitchell ogling over him before the whole thing blows up. On the other hand, Claire chasing around Phil's client was more confusing than anything else. Why couldn't Phil just calm Claire down for a moment, explain the facts, and quickly sell the house? I know that Phil isn't always the sharpest, but he wasn't overly aloof in the episode.
