Numbers of Interest - Television Ratings for Monday 11/02/09

Fox once again won with Game 5 of the World Series (5.3) which looks like it may reach Game 7. Also, it'll mean no Bones or Fringe for another week which is kind of disappointing.

ABC did fairly well with the combination of Dancing with the Stars (3.4) and Castle (2.4). Castle was down a tenth of a point which isn't terrible since there are still many episodes to grow.

CBS which normally would be in competition with Fox was slightly down with How I Met Your Mother (3.5), Accidentally on Purpose (3.1), Two and a Half Men (4.4), The Big Bang Theory (4.7), and CSI: Miami (3.6). I'm guessing the baseball game took away some viewers.

NBC continues to struggle with Heroes (2.5), Trauma (1.9), and The Jay Leno Show (1.2).  When the overnights came in, Trauma was at 2.1, but sadly, it fell to it's normal pathetic levels. Heroes seems to be rebounding and may rise to some respectable level by the end of the season. Leno's ratings are slowly but surely going in the dump. By 2010, we may see it occasionally dip under 1.0 which is bad for NBC.
